It's like if Suffocation had current-day Immolation production with the thick sound that's slightly round at the edges. This is high quality death metal, performed and recorded well. fyeahmetal

I'm exploring Blood Incantation's back catalog. This early work may have more primitive production, but they were already a fully-formed group of creative virtuosos. This music is controlled chaos. It's fast. There are tons of changes. It's unpredictable. But it never becomes unpleasant because there is always groove and melody and space. dharmalogos

A quality slab of technically impressive brutal death metal. No real surprises, but that's not really the point is it! Pulls you into the dark recesses and batters you, with exquisite precision, into a bloody pulp. Fraz

This is so much like Morbid Angel, it's uncanny. In fact, it's better than anything Morbid Angel has put out in years. Bone-crushing and bleak, it's reminiscent of Gateways to Annihilation. fyeahmetal
