The fractured light,
Burning so bright,
A glorious sight
Trembling hands reach and grasp the star
To colors that bled,
Heavenly dreams fed,
The blood of the dead
The day came, and thunder reigned a world afar

A dawnless sky nailed to the wall,
Beckoned black upon the night's wing,
For the pain of all to transcend
The fractured beauty of a dreamscape,
Expanding ever onwards,
From the palm of my blistered hands

A spectral gale,
From echoing pale,
I bid them to fail,
All past lay dead, weeping before me
When silence spoke,
My hatred awoke,
Beneath night's cloak
A vision cast to the stirring past, awakening

We, outcasts of the weeping sun
Voyaging beyond carnality,
Into the spectrum of destiny
In the last breath of a dying mother,
Rusted shackles crumbled away,
Beckoning us to stars that gleam,
and sing, in once forlorn dreams
The struggles that once defined us,
Are but a wisp of spreading dust,
In the vast, black oceans of tomorrow

In solitude, revelation viewed,
Without faith to delude
The shattered mirror hatefully stares back
Earthborn son, the final one,
Thy will be undone
To light this inner flame that thirsts to consume faith

Ignorance has wrought their joy,
So saccharine it's deception,
Beckoning it's slaves back,
Into the void of a lie's conception
In revelation-bound frenzy,
The waters shroud my feet
To journey forth and grasp truth,
Before me, bidding life to fleet
